Essential information for inflatable rentals: bouncy fun for every occasion
-
Renting an inflatable is straightforward. You can browse our selection online, choose your favorite inflatable, and book directly through our website. We'll ask for the date of your event, the duration of the rental, and the location for setup. A deposit is typically required to secure your reservation. We handle the delivery, setup, and takedown of the inflatable to ensure it’s properly installed and safe for use. We recommend booking at least a few weeks in advance, especially during busy seasons, to ensure the availability of your chosen inflatable.

Safety is our top priority. We ensure that all our inflatables meet safety standards and are regularly inspected and cleaned. Upon delivery, our trained staff will set up the inflatable and provide you with detailed safety instructions. It is important to supervise all children using the inflatable at all times and adhere to the specific guidelines, such as weight limits and the number of users allowed at one time. We also recommend setting up the inflatable on a flat, open area away from any hazards like trees, fences, or power lines. In case of bad weather, particularly high winds or lightning, use of the inflatables should be discontinued immediately.

1. Supervision by an adult is required at all times.

4. If winds exceed 13mph, immediately deflate and DO NOT use the inflatable until wind speeds lower to under 13mph.
5. If heavy rain begins, exit the inflatable and turn off the blower until the rain has stopped.
6. Water may not be used inside or on a dry inflatable.
7. Remove shoes, eyeglasses, & any sharp objects before entering an inflatable.
8. No food, drinks, gum, shoes, pets, markers, paint, or silly string.
9. No somersaults, diving, piling on, wrestling, rough play, or flips are allowed for safety.
10. Play away from others and entrance/exits to avoid injury.
11. Do not jump onto or off the ride.
12. Do not attach anything to the inflatable (no tape, zip ties, strings, staples, or adhesive products).
13. Exit immediately if the unit begins to lose air.
14. Please read and follow all rules and guidelines listed near the entrance of every inflatable ride.

When booking online, an initial deposit will be required. The remaining balance will then be due at the time of delivery, before set-up begins. We accept card, cash, and tap-to-pay methods. You may also choose to pay the full amount when booking online.

The unit must be within 100 feet of an electrical outlet. The blower for the inflatable should be the only thing plugged into this outlet.
-
Virtually any surface. The surface should be somewhat flat. Steep hills are not good for inflatables and our staff will not set up your inflatable on a steep hill. The delivery staff can help you to identify the safest place for your inflatable.
-
If the Winds exceed 13 mph please get all participants out and shut off the inflatable. If there is any thunder, lightning, or heavy rain, get all participants out of the inflatable and shut it off until it has completely stopped.

Unfortunately, no, because service has already been provided. If bad weather is expected, we will provide a courtesy call on the day before and/or morning of your reservation date so you can make the decision to cancel, reschedule, or continue with your reservation. Your deposit can be refunded if you cancel due to bad weather DURING that courtesy call. Deposits can also be transferred to another date (within the same calendar year) if you choose to reschedule your reservation.
-
If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, you may transfer your payment/deposit to an event held within the same calendar year. If conditions are not too severe, we will give you the option of keeping the event reservation or canceling the event on the day of your event only. If you decide to keep the rented unit(s) for the term of this Rental Agreement, there will be no refunds once the unit is set up. If conditions are too severe (high winds or heavy rains), your deposit can be refunded ONLY if you cancel during our morning courtesy call. We will communicate your options at the time of our courtesy call/message.
